BC Property Development provides general contracting, renovations, structural repairs, additions, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, and new construction throughout Philadelphia. Much of our experience is with Philadelphia's older housing stock. Co-founders Ben Siscoe and Cameron Gillies spent roughly seven years working hands-on with older and historic West Philadelphia homes before founding BC, and that background shapes how we approach rowhomes, twins, and century-old houses — careful demolition, structural repairs coordinated with an engineer, and renovations that respect what makes an older home worth keeping.

We are not a historic preservation specialist, and we are not an engineering firm. We are a general contractor who knows how to work on existing buildings: removing load-bearing walls in rowhomes, repairing sagging floors and damaged joists, opening up kitchens, adding living space, and building new where it makes sense. One team scopes the work, pulls the permits, builds it, and stands behind it.
